The Day Care Program of Riverside Christian Schools

Welcome to Day Care! Our intention is to make this a productive and enjoyable time for your child. Day Care is an after-school prgram offered to families here at RCS.

Your children will be picked up form their classrooms, by the Day Care staff, at the following times: 2:45 (1st - 3rd) and 3:00 (4th - 6th). Kindergarten is brought to the room by their teachers.

A snack is provided by the school, at 3:00 p.m. each day. The Snack Bar is also open. We offer a variety of items ranging in price from $0.10 - $1.00. The Snack Bar contributes funds to Day Care to purchase balls, games, and special items needed for the children.

We open two homework rooms every day after snack time. Room 205 is designated for the first through third grade students, and room 206 is designated for the fourth through sixth grade students. RCS staff oversee the homework rooms, so if your child is having difficulty, they may have immediate help. The children are instructed to go to the homework room at 3:20 p.m. every day. It is open until 5:20 p.m. every day.
